The bed offered excellent comfort after a long day. Staff members were friendly and easily accessible. However, a microwave in the room would be a huge plus. If you enjoy rooftop views, inquire about daytime access to maximize your experience. Great location for exploring Asheville!

Amazing anniversary trip!

We stayed for our 30th anniversary, and it was awesome! Will at the front desk was super helpful and made sure we kept our mountain view room. The rooftop bar had killer views and was packed on the weekend. Wish the breakfast was better, though. Overall, a fab experience!

The rooftop views are absolutely stunning! 🌅 Our King Room was modern and very comfortable. Only downside was the sirens from the nearby fire station disrupting our sleep. Overall, a great stay!

Breakfast options lean towards the expensive side without offering enough variety to justify the cost. Additionally, there’s a quirky exit requirement from the parking deck that caught me off guard, needing to backtrack for a hotel card issue—why not simply let guests exit without a hassle? These small hiccups can sour an otherwise solid stay.

The noise from sirens is unbearable, especially with the fire station nearby!!! The elevator wait times are a headache, and the stairwell odor really needs addressing!!! Would appreciate better bathroom privacy and functional design!!!
